Once reviewed, this information will assist your chiropractor in assessing your condition through a series of examinations. 
Depending on the findings of your history and examination, your chiropractor may recommend that you begin chiropractic treatment, or conduct more extensive examination through specialized tests, which may include X-Rays or MRI's.  Once all of the necessary information has been collected, your case will be assessed, and if appropriate, chiropractic care will begin. Since each case is unique, and because there are many ways to conduct and manage patient care, each patients recommendations are different.
